Halloween Series #5

I have some more cards for you today. This time I used Lawn Fawn's Spooktacular stamp set with matching dies. I love that LF is coming out with matching dies for their sets, it makes cutting out images so much easier! I like to color my Lawn Fawn images with my Spectrum Noir markers. This time I made 4 1/2 squared cards using the same Doodlebug papers I have been using. They are still my favorites! I also got some new Wink of Stella pens and I am using them on everything! Let me know what you think!

Halloween Series #4

For today's Halloween card I wanted to use the Skeleton die from Memory Box. I have to admit it was a little tedious gluing it down, but I do like how it turned out. I am an elementary teacher and I always teach the skeleton during October. So I know I will be using this die more often. Because of the size of the die, I had to make the card 5.5"x 6". I used American Crafts card stock to cut him out, so he was pretty sturdy. Other than the die, the card was pretty much a no-brainer. Hope you like it, let me know what you think!

Halloween Series #3

Here is the latest card in my Halloween series. It actually was a very simple card to make, but looks really great with all of the glitter. I used the spider web die from My Favorite Things and a stamp from Stampendous. What really makes the card is the glitter paper I used from American Crafts. The spider web was big enough that I used the pieces I cut off of the front to decorate the inside. I used white Enamel Accents for the spiders eyes and some black embroider thread to hang the spider from the web. Super cute card and super easy to make. Let me know what you think.

Halloween Series #2

I have another card using the adorable Mama elephant Halloween set. I just think these little characters are so cute! They go perfectly with this Doodlebug paper pad. I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color the image and used clear Wink of Stella to add shimmer. I am super happy with how the card turned out. Let me know what you think!

Halloween Series #1

This week I have started my Halloween cards. I got this adorable set from Mama Elephant with matching dies. I had so much fun coloring these in. I actually made two cards and will share the other later in the week. I ordered the 6x6 paper Halloween paper pad by Doodlebug and used some goodies I got from Micheals Crafts and AC Moore last weekend on my trip to Charleston to see my sister. I think the green pom pom trim from Pretty Pink Posh make the card perfect. I also used my new black Wink of Stella brush and absolutely love how it makes the black pop! Links to supplies are listed below. Let me know what you think.
