Stampin Celebration 83

Here is the other card I created this week. I used the sketch from Stampin Celebration's Mid Month sketch challenge and a new designer paper pack from Stampin Up. I used Stampin Up ink and Lawn Fawn's Float My Boat stamp Set with matching dies. The chevron die is from PaperTrey Ink and the sequins are Pretty Pink Posh American mix. Let me know what you think!

Mojo Monday Challenge

Sorry I haven't posted this week, but I have been busy with my Etsy.com shop. I was able to create two cards this week and this is my first one. I used the sketch from the Mojo Monday challenge blog and a new stamp (at least it is new to me) from Simon Says Stamp. The paper is from the Brights color coordinates collection from Stampin Up. I used colored pencils and Gamsol to color in the image. I hope you like it, let me know what you think!

Avery Elle challenge

Today's project is a square 5"x 5" card for the Avery Elle challenge blog. I do not have a lot of Avery Elle stamps, and the ones I have are either images or phrases. This weeks AE challenge is "one word" so I decided to use one of their free digi stamps available on their website. I colored the image with my colored pencils and Gamsol to make a beautifully soft image. I recently introduced my sister to Gamsol and colored pencils and now she is hooked! This was a fairly simple card to make and I didn't have to spend a lot of time to create it. Let me know what you think, I love hearing from you!

BIC #54

Today I have a card for The Alley Way Stamps Be Inspired Challenge #54. I used the True Colors stamp set and several old ink pads that are no longer available - which is why they are not in the link up below. Anyway, this card was pretty simple to create and I think it turned out lovely. Check out the challenge here and I will put the inspiration photo below the card. Let me know what you think!

Miss You

I have been on a clean & simple kick this week and I have another card created from playing with my new "stuff". I have the Peek a Boo Alphabet dies from MFT and wanted to use them on a card. This card is inspired by Amy Rysavy's card she created during the release preview week for these dies. It was super easy to create and very quick to finish. I hope you like it, let me know what you think.

Happy Thoughts

This week I don't have any projects that I prepared for blog challenges. Instead I have just been playing with some of the stamp sets I have wanted to use, but haven't gotten around to. Today I was playing with this cute set from Sweet Stamp Shop and thought it would make a cute thinking of you card. I will include it in my shipment for Operation Write Home. I kept it clean and simple, using only one color of card stock and a few Spectrum Noir markers. Hope you like it, let me know what you think.
